The trail is marked, the field notes are packed, and Leaf Me to the Trees is officially open!
This shop was created for people who can identify a tree from fifty feet away, correct the phrase “pine tree” under their breath, and would happily choose a quiet forest over a crowded room. Here you’ll find original apparel rooted in tree science, species identification, native plants, and forest ecology—created for people who spend their free time in the garden, collect “just one more” plant, and proudly maintain what may technically qualify as a botanical hoard. All that with my somewhat twisted sense of humor.
At the center of the brand are Otto and Echo.
Otto is an enthusiastic woodland naturalist who approaches every leaf, cone, and patch of bark as a potential scientific breakthrough. Echo is a raven—not a crow—with a talent for sarcasm, skepticism, and appearing whenever snacks might be involved. Together, they explore the forest, investigate botanical mysteries, and occasionally argue about whether anyone actually needed another detailed tree-identification lesson.
Alongside the shop, we are also launching Otto and Echo’s Field Notes, a blog filled with original comics, nature observations, tree facts, behind-the-scenes updates, and stories connected to the designs in the store.
Our first Field Notes post is now live, introducing Otto and Echo through their first woodland disagreement. It is the beginning of an ongoing series where science, sarcasm, and forest life meet.
