Refund Policy

At Leaf Me to the Trees, each item is custom printed after your order is placed. Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll help make it right. Please report the issue within 30 days of delivery.

After your order is delivered, you will receive an email from customer@trackorder.site with your order details. Use the link in that email to submit your issue, upload clear photos, and request a replacement or refund review.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the damage, defect, misprint, or incorrect item

You do not need to return damaged or defective items unless specifically instructed. Claims are reviewed based on the information and photos provided.

Please do not send items back to the return address on the package. That address may belong to a production or shipping facility, and unauthorized returns may not be processed.
